I'll be sort and sweet. This invention is invaluable in forcing a hitter to swing level, moreso than soft-toss, straight tee practice, or live pitching. Any contact with the top ball that is not from a bat moving parallel to the ground and the bottom ball pops off the tee. I use this every practice in lieu of soft-toss. Although they may not get as many swings, the self-correction factor is SO high, they can repair an uppercut in a day and continued use creates strong muscle memory in terms of keeping the back elbow tucked and hands tight through the ball. Works with both rotational and linear hitting styles equally well, I've found. Nice bonus is kids can use them without a coach and know if they are swinging correctly, so I never have to worry a pplayer is practicing a bad swing on her own.
