I purchased this as a thank you gift for our friend's son. He's 12 and a total baseball fanatic. He seems to have really enjoyed it, and had more fun putting the game together than actually playing it.
Generally, monopoly can be kind of a boring game. This game is a bit different in that you set it up yourself. The game comes with removable stickers that you place on the board and on the cards. So, you put your least favorite teams on the $60 spots, and your favorite teams on the $200 spots. you then put smaller stickers on the associated cards.
I purchased the game in early April, and didn't receive it until early June. Amazon kept pushing out the expected ship date every week. So, if Amazon is out of stock, you may want to get another gift, as this took a long time to get in.
A great gift for Baseball fans who also enjoy monopoly.

My son (13) has loved this game. For Monopoly players who love baseball it's the best. You can make your favorite teams the 'choice' properties - and that can change if your favorites change. I would add that the stickers don't always stay put (they stick to each other, mainly in the stack of deed cards), but that is what makes the game changeable too. So all in all it's a great idea and fun to play. I don't like Monopoly but I love baseball so I will even play sometimes!
