 Beware of these Cardboard Heros folks July 24, 2008

I'm happy for the folks in the previous 3 posting....When I ordered my hat, these so-called Cardboard Heros folks didn't have a sizing chart. When my hat showed up today, it shows up too small. So, not only do these Cardboard Heros folks want me to pay for the postage to send it back for the next larger size, they also want me to pay for the return postage for the next larger size. "I'm sorry sir, but it our policy." What a crock. I thought of bagging the size small and just ordering the medium, while calling it a loss, but these folks can't even guarantee the medium will fit. Lesson Learned. Don't by hats from "Carboard Heros."

I ordered the wrong size (my head is bigger than I thought!) but it was quite easy to send back and exchange for the right size. I love the hat, it's perfect. I just wish the Red Sox would win!!

Fitted hats are probably the most difficult mens item to purchase when you're "not in person". I would equate shopping for them to shopping for womens jeans. It's very hard to assume a good fit without trying them on in person. Even if you do have the right size, it doesn't always mean it's a sure thing. But, I was very pleasantly surprised that this hat not only fit perfect, but it was also exactly as it was pictured online. (Another issue that is a gamble, pictures online are sometimes not accurate). So, I am very happy with my purchase and my husband LOVES his new hat. Thank you Amazon!
