Excellent apparel for running activities.
Very confortable and this weight is very light.

In case it isn't crystal clear, yes this cap does have an adjustable Velcro strap in the back. It is lightweight and the inner lining is very comfortable.
I have a big head and this fits me very well so if you have a small head it might actually be too big for you.
I took away a star because the lining under the brim is not stitched in place and it looks to me like it may begin to sag with time. I took away another star because the stitching in general isn't great.
